What is Career Assessment?
	Career assessment is the process of gathering what is known about an individual and putting that information into a portfolio to determine one's level of awareness about careers.
How do "Career Assessments" relate to individual students?
	Assessments are tests that measure individual progress, and Career Assessments measure progress in career decision making.

	Assessments help students learn about themselves, but assessments do not tell the whole story. Many other factors are present and should be considered in the process of making career decisions.
